Heat, electricity, water, WIFI (for reasonable personal use) and parking are included in the tenants rent. Tenant supplies their own dishes, cookware, and kitchen items.
The garage and outdoor storage are not included.
Rent is $800/Month. There will ba a $400 security deposit required, as well as landlord references and proof of income are required. House rules will be provided with the lease.
