Code of Student Conduct for Non-Academic Infractions
Cape Breton University is a distinct Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµios of students, staff and faculty committed to creating a scholarly Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµios characterized by honesty, civility, diversity, inquiry and freedom from harassment. This Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµios promotes and strongly endeavours to create an atmosphere which fosters mutual respect, and ensures individual safety.
The purpose of this Code is to define students’ basic responsibilities as members of the University Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµios, to define inappropriate student conduct and to provide procedures and sanctions to be invoked and applied if students engage in such unacceptable behaviour.
Each student is responsible for his/her conduct which affects the University Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµios.
